The Saline County Food Action Community Team (FACT) is asking for your input to help identify needs, gaps, and/or strengths related to the food system in Saline County. This survey is for people age 18+ who live in Saline County. The survey will take about 10 minutes or less to complete. You’re not asked to identify yourself in this survey and only group results will be shared publicly. Your participation is completely voluntary. You may skip any questions or stop the survey at any time.

This survey will be open until May 15 at 5:00 p.m.
